Free TEAS Science practice test
Practice explaining a scientific relationship, interpreting evidence, and distinguishing a cause from an observation. Work through six original CARE-created TEAS science questions, then read the explanation for each answer.
No account or payment required. These are CARE-created questions, not official ATI questions. This short sample is not a full-length exam or a predicted TEAS score. It reuses the Science questions in our 24-question free sample.
Science
In standard anatomical position, which term correctly describes the position of the wrist relative to the elbow?
How to approach science questions
For a process question, identify what enters, what changes, and what leaves. For an experiment, separate the variable being changed from the outcome being measured. Use the information in the question rather than assuming that two events occurring together prove causation.
