Verified requirements

Exam facts — what is tested, how the exam is structured, what a credential legally requires — are taken from the authority that actually sets them: the NCSBN test plans for NCLEX-RN and NCLEX-PN, federal regulation for nurse aide requirements, and state rules where a credential is state-defined. Where an authority does not publish something, we say so instead of estimating it.

Honest scoring

We show you exactly what happened: how many you answered, how many you got right, and which topics you are missing. We do not turn that into a predicted exam score or a forecast of your result. The NCLEX-RN and NCLEX-PN are computer-adaptive: the decision rests on the exam's own estimate of your ability against NCSBN's published passing standard, not on a percentage of questions answered correctly. NCSBN publishes that standard but not the item-level data behind it, so no outside company can reproduce the calculation — which is why we do not attempt one.

Reviewed, and clear about by whom

Every question is written from a recorded source and then put through an independent review pass whose job is to try to disprove it — wrong keys, ambiguous stems, options that are defensible but marked wrong. That process is real and it catches real defects. It is not the same as sign-off by a licensed clinician, and we do not describe it as though it were.

A study aid, not a substitute

Practice questions prepare you for an exam. They do not replace your nursing program, your clinical hours, or your own state's curriculum and skills checklist — and for CNA and Medication Aide, they do not replace the specific requirements your state sets.
